Sand martin visits his many friends in the woods. Along the way he discovers the changing seasons, from the buds of spring to the sweet fruits of summer, from the coppery leaves of autumn to the sparks of a beautiful winter bonfire. Month after month, the child explores with him the village of Otter, Hedgehog and Red Squirrel, and by opening little windows peeks into their charming little houses.
To create the illustrations in this album, Alice Melvin spent more than a year immersed in nature, drawing Mickey Mouse and his little friends. Translated by the students of the Holden School's Bella and Faithful Training Camp.
