Here's a guide explaining how to submit your first order on our site-it's simple, safe, and fast.Search for products
Use the search box, otherwise browse the various categories and sections of the site.
Once you locate the product, access the detailed tab where all the information and delivery timeframe is provided.
Enter the required quantity in the field provided and click on the shopping cart.
Products in the cart
The shopping cart contains the products you have chosen, and you can access it at any time by clicking its button at the top of each page to delete products or change the desired quantity at any time.
When you have finished shopping, press the buy button and go to the login page to enter your restricted area account.
The cart will be emptied when you log out (logout) from the restricted area.
Access to restricted area
If this is your first purchase you must first complete the registration form completed which will take you directly to the order form.
If you are already registered, enter the email and password given when you registered.
If you forgot your password click on the "Forgot your password" link.
Choose shipping and payment method
For each new order, you must indicate your preferred method of payment and shipping by checking the appropriate box.

In case there is already an order in progress, it is possible to add products to the last open order.
Once you have chosen your shipping and payment methods, pressing the confirm button will take you to the summary page.
Order verification
On the summary page it is possible to check the data entered and, if necessary, modify it before submission.
Enter the delivery address if it is different from the holder's address.
Once you have verified the accuracy of the data, submit the order by pressing the order confirmation button.
Forwarding the order
If the payment method you choose is by credit card or prepaid card, you will be transferred to the bank's page for entering your information.

Upon successful completion you will receive an e-mail notification confirming successful submission and your order will always be visible in your Account area.

Registration
If you place your order online, do not send the same order by email, fax, or mail.Only users of legal age can place orders.
To submit your first order, you must first complete the registration form. This will enter your credentials into our management system and we will be able to provide you with personal access codes to operate in your restricted area account.
Registration does not bind you to purchase but allows you to receive our periodic newsletters and learn about current offers in advance.
If you would like to receive an invoice for your purchases, please fill out the Invoicing section. The tax document will be delivered to you along with the purchased products.
By consulting the buying guide you will find that ordering is simple, safe, fast and convenient.
If, on the other hand, you are already a customer, we recommend that you log in before filling your shopping cart. In this way you will see the personalized sales conditions reserved for you automatically applied.
Product search
If you already know the products you are interested in, use the simple search by simply typing one or more words in the field provided on the top bar on all pages. The search engine will bring you back as a result the selection of items whose title or description contain the words you type.
The special Fantaricerca, on the other hand, allows you to search for products based on different criteria and is recommended if you have a clear idea of the carratteristics the product you are looking for must have. These criteria are: 1 gender of the user - 2 recommended age - 3 price range - 4 code - 5 name - 6 brand - 7 line/brand.
The alternative to searching is browsing through the site's various categories to find the latest products and current offers. You may be lucky and also find products of interest to you in the outlet section where items are up to 80 percent off.
Delivery time and transportation costs are shown on the product detail sheet.
Once you have located the product you are looking for, place it in your cart by clicking on the button next to it, specifying the quantity required if it is greater than 1.
Availability of items
In the product detail sheet is indicated its availability referred to the individual piece, that is, the working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) required for its retrieval, from the time the order is accepted to when it is put into shipment. However, these times are not exhaustive and may be extended in relation to extraordinary situations or events not directly attributable to Giodicart Group Ltd.
If this is temporarily unavailable, it will be delivered within the time frame indicated on the item page.
Products that are available instead, are started to ship within 24 hours after receiving the order.
For out-of-stock products, you can receive an email notification of the availability of a temporarily out-of-stock product upon request.
Because of the vast assortment offered on our site, it may happen that an advertisement remains open by mistake concerning an item that is actually out of stock or currently out of stock.
In such cases Giodicart Group Ltd. will immediately contact the buyer and propose immediate full refund or possible willingness to wait for reassortment.
For these reasons Giodicart Group Ltd. will not consider complaints about such issues if there has been a sudden proposal by us to terminate in the above terms.
Place products in your shopping cart
The shopping cart stores all the products you have chosen, and you can access it by clicking on the relevant button at the top of each page to consult its contents and make changes if necessary.
Deletion: to delete a product from the cart, check the appropriate box and press [update].
Edit: To change the quantity of a product, enter the number in the relevant field and press update.
When you have finished shopping and want to start shipping what you have chosen, press the order button and access the login page, if you have not yet logged in with your codes (email and password), or your preferred payment method choice.

The cart will empty at the end of your browsing session.
Prices and payments
The prices and conditions of sale published on the giodicart.co.uk website are valid only for purchases made online. By shopping at the Trani store (S.P.130 km 0.900 - 76125 Trani BT) you can take advantage of other promotions and offers that cannot be combined with those on the site.Methods of payment

Private customers
Credit card: Accepted credit cards are Visa and Mastercard/Eurocard. American Express is accepted only for payments made through the Paypal system (it is not necessary to be a Paypal account holder).
When choosing the payment method you will be transferred to the site of our partner Bank where you will have to enter your credit card information. In this way your data will be handled directly and exclusively by the Bank, with 100% secure transaction as the entire purchase process is encrypted with 128-bit SSL protocol.
Prepaid card: All cards affiliated with the VISA or Mastercard circuit are accepted, including Postepay from Poste Italiane. Their operation is the same as that of credit cards.
In case of full or partial cancellation of the order the amount due is refunded.
Billing
Each shipment contains an accompanying bill detailing the products shipped.
If you prefer to receive an invoice, simply fill in the Invoicing fields (Payee, VAT ID and Tax ID) in the order form and the invoice will be delivered to you along with the ordered products.
It is not possible to change billing information for orders that have already started shipping.

Standard delivery time from the time of shipment for only those items where "AVAILABLE" is marked, excluding National Holidays, Saturday and Sunday, is:

The expected shipping/delivery date entered in the order confirmation is to be considered purely indicative and does not contractually bind the company.
If the courier finds no one at the destination address, a new delivery can be arranged at the number listed on the delivery notice left by the courier in the mailbox.
The contracted couriers are different according to the type of shipment, order composition, and destination, so it is not possible to choose a specific one.
All shipments are made by express courier at a fixed cost of 4.99 euros in Italy and 9.90 in Europe, regardless of the amount of the order or the number/type of products, except where expressly indicated FREE SHIPPING.
The cost of shipping for orders over 34.90 euros is always free within Italy.A 15.00 euro surcharge is applied for shipping to the islands
For foreign countries outside Europe, the cost is 50.00 euros
DUE TO THE LARGE NUMBER OF SHIPMENTS IN THE PRE-CHRISTMAS PERIOD, DELIVERIES MAY BE DELAYED BY 24/48 HOURS ON STANDARD TIMES.
Partial shipment
If your order includes both products available and ready to ship and others waiting to arrive at our warehouse, you can request partial shipment by accessing the order page in the private area and clicking Ask for Partial Delivery.
The cost of partial shipping is the standard cost of 4.99 euros. In case the amount of products on delivery exceeds 34.90 euros, delivery will be free of charge and the same condition will be applied to the remaining products.
The goods travel at the risk of the buyer, therefore, Mr. and Mrs. Customers are advised that any claims for damage to the goods must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods by signing the receipt with reservation indicating the type of damage.
Shipment tracking
Shipping can be tracked online using the shipping code on the order detail sheet, which must be entered in the appropriate field in your account in the private area.

The delivery of goods can also be handled, at the Customer's choice, with Fermopoint, the service that allows Customers to pick up their parcels at 7041 BRT-affiliated pick-up points throughout Italy and Europe. Return policy
Any RETURN must always take place within a maximum of 14 days after delivery with the goods in the same condition in which you receive them and therefore including the original packaging, accessories, instructions and anything else originally contained in the package.
The shipping costs of the goods are borne by the customer as well as the risk of damage, loss or other (D.L. September 6, 2005, n. 206).
In case of DEFECTIVE GOODS, the costs of replacement, repair and shipping will be borne by GIODICART GROUP srl. Goods must be returned in the same condition as received and therefore including original packaging, accessories, instructions and anything else.

If you used a credit card or prepaid card for the payment, the amount will be recharged directly to the card, otherwise we ask you to provide the details of the bank account to which the payment is to be made (Payee, IBAN).
A refund will be made within the statutory 14 days and you will be notified by email.
All products purchased on this site are subject to shipping contracts. This means that the risk of loss of these products passes to you after we deliver the package to the carrier.
The right of withdrawal lapses in the following cases:
1) For lack of the essential integrity condition of the good (packaging and/or its contents)
2) Even partial use of the good and any consumables
3) The lack of the outer packaging and/or the original inner packaging
4) The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories,cables,manuals,parts...)
5) The damage of the product for reasons other than its transport. In the cases mentioned above, Gruppo Giodicart srl will return the returned goods to the sender.
Customers who purchase with VAT number and those who purchase customized goods cannot exercise the right of withdrawal. Due to the large assortment offered, it may happen that an advertisement of an item actually out of stock or temporarily unavailable remains open by mistake. In this case Gruppo Giodicart srl will contact the buyer proposing an immediate full refund or willingness to wait for restocking. For these reasons Gruppo Giodicart srl will not consider complaints about such issues if there has been on our part the sudden proposal for resolution in the above terms.
IN-STORE RETURN OF ONLINE PURCHASE
The return of goods at the point of sale, can only be made upon request to be submitted via email to the address . You will then be forwarded an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to show when the merchandise is delivered to the store. Failure to produce the aforementioned RMA number may result in denial of the return. Refunds will be made exclusively with the reversal of the payment made with the same system used at the time of purchase (Credit Card, Paypal, Scalapay, Satispay, Bank Transfer, etc.).
RETURN OF ONLINE PURCHASE
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, within a period of 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the products ordered, the customer must send Gruppo Giodicart srl an e-mail to and to indicating the order number and item codes for which the return is to be made.
The Communication must contain an expression of willingness to avail oneself of the benefit granted by Legislative Decree September 6, 2005, No. 206, an indication of the product(s) for which one decides to avail oneself of the right of withdrawal and the data relating to one's bank account (this is to allow the return of the amount due).

Products for sale online catalog
Gruppo Giodicart srl, given the volume of products offered,while investing many resources to try to make its online catalog as up-to-date and accurate as possible, may provide some incorrect information.
It could happen, for example, that descriptions and images are not up-to-date or correct. If it should happen that the product purchased does not reflect the information provided, you can return it by exercising your right of withdrawal within ten working days of receipt of the product pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (the so-called "Consumer Code").
It may happen that some products indicated as available at the time of order, are, instead, unavailable at the time of delivery due to out of stock by our suppliers.
In such a circumstance, the product will be automatically cancelled from the order, giving appropriate notice by e-mail:
- - if you paid by credit card, it will be refunded for the amount of cancelled products;
- - if the canceled product is the only one in your order, your order will also be canceled;
- - if your order contains other available products these will be regularly shipped to you as it is not possible to ask for their cancellation.
Prices shown may change: the one valid at the closing of the transaction will be applied.
Despite due diligence, some pricing errors may occur. In such a case, the price of the ordered product will be updated and it will be the responsibility of our customer service department to notify you of the exact price so that you will know whether you wish, however, to purchase the product or cancel it from the order without incurring any charges.
The delivery times indicated in the sheet - product are not exhaustive and are not binding on our part. In fact, delays may occur which are not attributable to our normal sales management, but procured by our usual suppliers, force majeure, etc..
Any delay in delivery cannot give rise to any claim for compensation from the customer.

Retention periodData are processed and kept for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected.
Therefore:- Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Data Controller and the User will be retained until the performance of that contract is completed.
