Babyguard Foppapedretti is the innovative anti-abandonment device with integrated sensors that, when placed on the car seat, can detect the presence of the child on board.
Babyguard's pressure sensors, connected to an APP installed on the smartphone, detect the presence of the child in the car seat and send an alarm signal if the parent/driver leaves the car.
Getting started with Babyguard Foppapedretti is quick and easy. Made in Italy. All you need is a car seat, the Babyguard device and the free Babyguard APP.
Once the account is registered, simply pair the device with the smartphone and store phone numbers to contact in case of emergency.
If the child is accidentally left in the car Babyguard immediately activates an alarm signal on the smartphone.
If the signal is not deactivated within 40 seconds, Babyguard sends an SMS to the emergency numbers with the coordinates of the vehicle where the child is.
Babyguard Foppapedretti activates the audible alarm even if the smartphone is set to silent mode, and sends the message with the coordinates of the car to the emergency numbers even if they are not connected with the APP.
The Foppapedretti Babyguard app is available for both Android (version 5.0 and higher) and iOs (version 10.0 and higher) systems, connects to the pressure sensors via Bluetooth, and provides the ability to register multiple emergency contacts.
The batteries, which power the pressure sensors, have an average life of about 4 years, considering the average use of 2 hours per day, and are replaceable.
BABYGUARD fulfills all legal requirements and is compatible with all FOPPAPEDRETTI-branded car seats placed on the market.
