My First Lapbook
The lapbook is a dynamic and creative set of materials that falls within the sphere of learning by doing, in which the student is at the center of his or her own learning. Specifically, it involves the construction of cardboard folders of different sizes and formats that are used to hold all the elements made on a topic. These elements consist of drawings, photographs, brief descriptions, etc., which are placed on various templates by the name of "templates" and which will then go on to constitute - placed inside the lapbook - minibooks of different formats, to be consulted to review and consolidate notions, enriched as the study proceeds, personalized as one sees fit...
All materials are made directly by the student, following the teacher's instructions.
