NAMASTE' THE YOGA GAME

Namasté introduces players to the world of Yoga through 5 different simple and engaging movement games, to be played alone or with adults or peers, that stimulate concentration and movement.

Boxed game consisting of:
- 49 large cards depicting 4 children in 40 different asanas (yoga postures)
- 2 giant FSC wood dice with the colors of the game and the different types of asanas
- 1 wood and brass gong to enshrine the highlights of the game
- 1 24-page book

The book, after an interesting introduction to both yoga and the giocayoga method, describes in detail the 20 easiest and 20 least easy play positions (how they are performed, what we learn, what inspires us) and the 5 possible games.
