EVEN CHILDREN GET TIRED
We adults seem to "wake up" when the problem seriously explodes. It is not our fault: we are also rushing, bombarded and tired. Something, however, can be done, we can begin to highlight the problem, to focus on it, to become more aware of it, reflecting on it. When the adult, parent educator or teacher, stops to reflect on the child, he or she already gets a benefit. So we begin to think that children also get tired, they too suffer from the stress caused by the hectic pace of everyday life. They are so small, so full of life and energy that they often mislead us into thinking, "they never get tired." This is not the case, and it is evidenced by all the problems that gradually emerge as time passes and school levels rise.
