Alce Nero homogenized pear and yogurt is made only with organic Italian pears from our orchards in Emilia Romagna and Tuscany, and organic whole yogurt from South Tyrol. The recipe cleansed of the superfluous and designed to leave the taste of fresh fruit unaltered allows children to be fed without the use of flavors, dyes and preservatives and sweetened only with fruit sugars. All homogenized fruit base products are processed in our certified baby food production facility and pasteurized at about 100° to give the product maximum guarantee.
